The Minister of Local Government, Mr. Ervin Demo, held a meeting with the technical mission of the International Monetary Fund, with the participation of the Head of the Fiscal Policy Department, Mr. Mario Mansour, as well as senior experts Mr. Martin Grote, Ms. Natasha Gimpelson and Mr. Alessandro Santoro.

During the meeting, discussions were held on strengthening local finances, the system of local taxes and fees, the modernization of revenue administration, the digitalization of local tax administration, as well as measuring the fiscal potential of municipalities.
