The Minister of State for Local Government, Mr. Ervin Demo, participated in the latest meeting of the TALGA Governing Board, where strategic priorities for the Academy’s further development and institutional consolidation were discussed.

Discussions also focused on the development of sectoral curricula and professional development programs for the administration and local elected officials, as well as on quality assurance and the framework for engaging experts and trainers.

Through these steps, TALGA aims to build a sustainable and modern professional development system to support municipalities and county councils. This process will contribute to strengthening local government units and preparing them to meet the standards and challenges of the European integration process.
