Within the framework of the Prime Minister’s Order No. 213, dated 13.12.2023, “On some changes and an addition to the Prime Minister’s Order No. 17, dated 20.02.2023, “On the establishment of the inter-institutional working group for the drafting of legal proposals for improving the quality of public services provided by local self-government units, through the public services performance measurement system”, the meeting of the technical working group on performance was held. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Ermal Elezi – Head of the Technical Working Group and the General Director of the Agency for Local Self-Government Support. In his speech, he emphasized the importance of discussing and approving indicators for the start of the performance measurement exercise at the local level. Mr. Elezi stated that the results of the meeting will be forwarded to the political group and requested the engagement of the participants for comments and suggestions regarding the selected indicators. At the end of this meeting, the technical working group approved the list of indicators.
