On 29.02.2024, the first meeting of the Inter-Institutional Working Group was held to draft amendments to Law No. 10 112, dated 09.04.2009 on “Administration of condominiums in residential buildings”. Very soon we will have a solution for the maintenance and care of common areas in the territory of our municipalities. The buildings and spaces that we share with each other must have standards, be safe and be checked periodically, ensuring an increase in the quality of life and a property with more value. It was agreed that all member institutions of the working group would bring their contribution to a narrative document according to the topics discussed. The final draft should be finalized at the end of April.
