Google’s study has concluded that what motivates employees in their workplaces is being part of something bigger and having a purpose. This is exactly what the LEAD Albania program from @the_aadf has done by giving many young people excellent opportunities to be part of decision-making in the most important institutions of the country to gain important experience and to give their best. Happy to have collaborated with these young people on their journey, both challenging and beautiful.
