The Economic Forum of Corridor VIII was held –

“Strategic Connectivity and Regional Economic Growth: The Economic Potential of Corridor VIII”

An important forum that brought together representatives of the governments of the countries involved, international financial institutions and the business community, to discuss concrete projects, investments and financing mechanisms along this strategic east-west axis.

In Albania, #Corridor8 directly affects the municipalities of Tirana, Durrës, Elbasan, Rrogozhinë, Fier, Vlorë, Librazhd and Pogradec, creating real opportunities for local economic development, increased investments, job creation and strengthening the role of territories in regional value chains.
