Albania was presented as an innovative example in the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the function of European Integration and the improvement of public services.

With the participation of the Minister of State for Local Government, Mr. Arbjan Mazniku, at the Global Forum for Innovation in the Public Sector, organized by the World Bank, the Albanian experience in the use of AI in collaboration with OpenAI was presented, to accelerate the process of approximation with European Union legislation.

This initiative marks an important step towards the modernization of public administration, while contributing at the same time to increasing efficiency, transparency and providing closer and more accessible services to citizens.
