This institution aims to increase the professional capacities of staff in municipalities and local administrative units, becoming a key point for the development of skills and professionalism of local administration.

Moreover, government support for local government has increased, treating it as a strategic priority. This commitment is reflected in the allocation of a larger budget to municipalities, with the aim of building more open and accountable institutions that provide efficient services to communities. This investment aims to strengthen the connection between institutions and citizens, promoting a more fair, transparent and citizen-oriented local government.
