At the ReLOaD3 event, the Minister of State for Local Government, Mr. Ervin Demo, emphasized the importance of strengthening local governance through transparency, inclusion and cooperation with civil society, as a necessary step towards improving services and local development.
This activity takes place at a key moment for the country, against the backdrop of European Union Integration and preparations for territorial reform, which aims to address structural challenges and create a more efficient model for the coming decades.
