The Minister of Local Government, Mr. Ervin Demo and representatives of the Agency for Local Self-Government Support, Mr. Stiljan Llavdaniti and Ms. Olta Caca participated in the workshop on the digitalization of local services GovTech.
During the Workshop, it was emphasized that municipalities are central actors in this process, not simply users of technology, but active contributors to the digital transformation of public administration. The goal is to standardize services, guarantee equal access for all citizens and strengthen human capacities at the local level, as an integral part of the public governance reform and the GovTech approach.

The Minister of State for Local Government and the AMVV will lead this process in close cooperation with all partner institutions, ensuring coordination, sustainability and effective implementation of reforms at the local level.
