During the consultation tables on Co-ownership, the opportunities and challenges related to the improvement of the administration of common spaces, within the framework of the new draft law on co-ownership, were discussed. This draft law aims to bring a new level of management, guaranteeing community coexistence in accordance with European standards and the strategic vision Albania 2030.
