Following the Meeting of the Council of Ministers, the Minister of State for Local Governance, Mr. Ervin Demo, presented two important initiatives aimed at strengthening municipal capacities and improving public services for citizens. A €20 million grant from the United Arab Emirates, now finalized, will provide modern equipment and logistics to address the challenges of climate change and improve infrastructure, with a particular focus on rural areas.
In addition, the National Parking Program has been launched, a strategic initiative to improve urban management in cities and areas with high tourist flows, facilitating traffic flow and increasing accessibility for both citizens and visitors.
