Following discussions with mayors regarding the challenges they face in city administration, the “Local Dialogue” initiative was also extended to Municipal Unit Administrators, who shared their suggestions for addressing existing issues and enhancing the efficiency of local governance by improving services for citizens. During the “Local Dialogue” meeting held in the Municipality of Vlora, Mr. Mazniku visited a campus that brings together all vocational schools, representing an appropriate solution to ensure a comprehensive package for the education of young professionals. This model guarantees the best possible conditions for their training and prepares them effectively for the tourism labor market.
