<p style=”font-family: times-new-roman; font-size: 20px; text-align: justify; color: black;”>Minister of State for Local Government, Mr. Arbjan Mazniku, participated in the Ambassadors’ Conference where they discussed the opportunities for Albania and the Local Government to increase tourism and agricultural development. From mountain, cultural and gastronomic tourism, to quality products “Made in Albania”, given that the country has many assets to be promoted in international markets.
In the discussions on how integration into the European Union can help the Local Self-Government Units, it was underlined that it is the moment to increase the economic presence abroad, through the diplomatic network, by promoting investments and by presenting the opportunities offered by the areas beyond Tirana and the Riviera. Tourism, agriculture and local products were considered as the new economic calling card of Albania.
