Minister of State for Local Government, Mr. Arbajn Mazniku, together with Mr. Blendi Klosi and the Mayors of the district, in Dibër, discussed restructuring as a necessary process to bring more energy, new ideas and qualified human resources to the service of citizens.

The goal is to increase the quality of services and build a modern administration, capable and prepared for the challenges of Albania 2030, as a member state of the European Union.
