In the context of the ongoing efforts to strengthen relations between Albania and France, an important meeting was held with Mr. Arbjan Mazniku, Minister of State for Local Government and Mr.Thierry Repentin, Mayor of Chambéry, former French Minister for European Affairs. This meeting marked an important step towards deepening cooperation between the two countries, through a closer approach at the local level, in particular through the cooperation of municipalities in Albania in the fields of youth, infrastructure and culture.

This cooperation brings more opportunities for European funding and concrete development experiences, becoming a real engine for the progress and integration of Albania into the European Union. It represents a new model of concrete rapprochement of Albania with European values ​​and standards, transforming this process from a political objective into a tangible reality in the daily lives of communities, through direct influence at the local level and the active involvement of citizens on the path towards the European Union.
