On June 3, 2025, the Minister of State for Local Government, Mr. Arbjan Mazniku, together with DLD, held one of the most prestigious innovation conferences in Europe, at the Plug and Play premises at the College of Europe, Tirana, highlighting the role of the city as a key point on the European map of technology and innovative development.

Plug and Play is strengthening as a strategic destination for innovation, creativity, capital and culture, creating an increasingly powerful ecosystem for the development of technology and entrepreneurship in the region. This shows the increasingly strong position of Tirana as a regional center of technology and innovation.

This event was an excellent opportunity to foster the exchange of ideas, foster collaborations and promote new initiatives with experts, entrepreneurs, and visionaries from all over Europe, creating a more digital future.
